The Murrieta Tennis Club is once again offering Spring Break Tennis Camps to those kids who would like to stay active during the break. This is your opportunity to come out and learn from our group of talented Pros about the game of tennis, refine your skills or make new friends. We are confident that you’ll enjoy your time on the court with our 7:1 student-teacher ratio and learn first-hand why our camps are so popular! This is your opportunity to provide your child with a wonderful memory.

We're doing our camps a bit differently this year. In the past we have had separate times for each age group, but this year all ages will have their camps at the same time (which is a lot more convenient for you, the parent)! The children will still be divided into groups based on ages: Tots (ages 4-6); Stars (ages 7-12); and Jr High (ages 11-13). As always, we still will maintain our 7:1 student-to-teacher ratios!

Tots

Beginners & Intermediates, 4-6 years old

Class designed to help kids improve eye-hand coordination. Players will learn basic strokes, play fun games that keep kids moving, and learn to be excited about sports.

Stars

Beginners & Intermediates, 7-10 years old

Players will continue to perfect the basic strokes with more attention to developing proper technique. In addition to developing solid ground strokes from the baseline, The Stars will begin to work on the proper technique for the volleys, overheads, and serves

Junior High

Beginner & Intermediates, 11-13 years old

This Class is for the entry level or intermediate Jr. High players. They will develop the skills and techniques that will be necessary to play tennis. Once the basis skills are accomplished, singles and doubles point play will be introduced.

*All sessions are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Camps are intended for students who are Beginner & Intermediate Level players. Camps are not offered for Advanced Level players. See office for details on additional programs for Advanced Level players.
